News Stamp for All
Hong Kong Post issue a new set of Heartwarming stamps on 28 December.
Postmaster General Tam Wing-pong said yesterday the stamps' themes are Love & Care and Celebrations. They are designed by Jason Chum and printed in lithography by Cartor Security Printing, France. They bear local and airmail postage markings instead of value indicators.
The customised service will be made available to add a personal touch to the stamps, such as photos or messages of excitement, affection and happiness.
